Registration FAQs

Q How do I book a delegate place?
A Bookings can be made online on the Registration page. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers.

Q What does the standard delegate fee include?
A This includes access to the conference and exhibition, an onsite delegate pack, lunch, all refreshments and access to the online presentations. Accommodation is not included, unless clearly stated as an exception on the website.

Q What methods of payment are accepted?
A We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards. It is also possible to pay by cheque or receive an invoice. If you wish to be invoiced, payment must be received prior to the event to guarantee your booking.

Q Who should the Purchase Orders be addressed to?
A Purchase orders should be made out to: Hemming Group, 32 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, SW1V 2SS. Please email conferences@hgluk.com if you require further details to set up our company on your system.

Q I would like to attend the event for half a day. Can I come for half price?
A No, unfortunately not. Only full day rates are offered. We hope you understand that it would not be possible to monitor half-day rates onsite.

Q Is it possible to book on-site?
A Yes, you can usually register on site unless the event is sold out. Please phone to check availability - 020 7973 4608. Payment must be made onsite by credit card.

Cancellation

Q Will I be charged if I do not turn up or if I cancel?
A Cancellations must be received in writing two weeks prior to the event and will be subject to a charge of 25%.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference or failure to attend after booking.

Q Can I send a representative in my place?
A Yes, substitutions may be made at any time, with no cancellation fee incurred. We must be informed of any name changes prior to the event.


Onsite

Q Is there car parking available?
A Yes, there is car parking available at nearby pay and display car parks.

Q What happens if I turn up late?
A Please go to the conference registration desk where staff will show you into the conference room.  The exhibition will be open so if you would prefer to wait for the next session to start, please take advantage of all other event features and facilities.

Q Can I take extra delegate packs/speaker papers for my colleagues?
A Unfortunately there is only one delegate pack allocated per delegate.  Delegate packs may be available to buy after the event, subject to availability. Please contact us for further details.
